Amplitude determines how deep the massage head travels into muscle. Premium guns (like TheraGun) offer 16mm depth for true deep-tissue relief, while budget models typically provide 10-12mm for surface relaxation.
Stall Force
Stall force is the amount of pressure you can apply before the motor halts. Look for at least 25-30 lbs of stall force if you want deep shoulder and hamstring relief without the motor stalling.
